Lori Jones was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where she obtained the rank of Valedictorian of her graduating senior class with a 4.0 G.P.A. After being offered a full tuition scholarship, she obtained her Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1998 with honors. After teaching music in the public elementary schools in Dallas, Texas and in Atlanta, Georgia, Lori began a new pursuit in the legal field as a paralegal, helping clients in the areas of bankruptcy, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability. Her great love for the clients and their need for help impassioned her to attend law school. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of law in 2008 and worked as a sole practitioner before joining Greg Jones & Associates in 2009.

In 2009, Lori began working with Veterans in the Pee Dee and Grand Strand areas of South Carolina with their claims for disability. She is accredited to handle Veterans Administration Disability Claims before the Board of Veterans' Appeals in all 50 states. Her experience with prestigious firms in South Carolina have given her the experience and knowledge needed to be a compassionate and zealous advocate for clients dealing with workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, and Veterans' Administration disability claims.

Lori is a certified facilitator with University of Phoenix, teaching courses in Employment and Business Law and Ethics. She is currently working toward an Ed.D. with Liberty University, and is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker and Instructor.

Lori attributes her strong academic drive and desire to help clients to her deep Christian faith. She is a classically trained pianist who loves to spend time with her wonderful husband, Kevin, 2 sons, Ben and AJ, and three dogs, Maggie, Abby and Scrappy.
